Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), every week of the year except holidays. Our retail store hours are Tuesday thru Thursday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST), Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM thru 8:00 PM (EST). Our tournament center maintains the same hours as our retail store; however the game room remains open as long as there is an event in progress.

Our phone number is (508) 634-0343. If you reach our voice mail, please accept our apologies. This simply means we are currently assisting a customer. Please leave a message with your name, phone number (including area code) and reason for call and we will return your call within one (1) business day. If your call is regarding an order, please be sure to include the invoice number so we can better assist you.
